Refund & Exchange Policy

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

1. Received wrong product(s)(e.g. different product or wrong size @ weight)

2. Received an incomplete product(s)(e.g. missing quantity)

3. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or replacements.

4. Video(s) AND  Photo(s) showing the condition of the internal packaging upon opening the parcel are required as evidence.

5. All evidence shall be sent to our email at [email protected].

6. We reserve the right to deny any refund claim if the conditions above are not met and after inspecting the evidence.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies. You will also have the option to have your product(s) replaced.
